Returns & Exchanges

At Divain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
